ABOUT US
We are Brighterway – the charity supporting ‘Hampshire and Isle of Wight Healthcare’ NHS Foundation Trust. Hampshire and Isle of Wight Healthcare launched on 1 October 2024, bringing together Southern Health, Solent, and some services from the Isle of Wight and Sussex Partnership to form a new NHS Trust. Previously the NHS charity for Southern Health, Brighterway evolved alongside this change to become the organisation it is today.
Our aim is to support recovery and enable people to lead brighter, more fulfilling lives through fundraising and grant-making. By funding initiatives that enhance quality of life, we help create a positive impact on both patients and healthcare professionals.
As one of the leading NHS charities, we provide crucial funding for projects that the NHS cannot cover. Whether it’s creating calming spaces in hospitals, supporting mental health initiatives, or providing specialist equipment, we are here to make a difference.
